After spending most of my life baking — with my mum, my daughters, or even just on my own — I decided 2024 was the year I was going to share my bakes with the world. Okay, not the whole world, but further than just my friends and family.

Having the sweetest tooth, I have incredibly high standards for what makes a cookie or brownie great. There’s nothing worse than a brownie that is too cakey, or a cookie that is too crumbly. No one feels that more than myself, and that's what drives me to make every bake as perfect as it can be.
