When will I get my cookies?

Quick Answer: 3-4 days after an order has been placed.

Long Answer:

  • Our goods are baked and shipped on the same day to ensure maximum freshness.
  • This will take place 1-2 days following your order.
  • Any orders placed after 8pm will count as being placed the following day.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to deliver your boxes of deliciousness to you, so you'll receive them the day after they are dispatched.

Example:

  1. You place an order before 8pm on Monday.
  2. Goods are baked and shipped either Tuesday or Wednesday.
  3. Goods will arrive either Wednesday or Thursday.

Please note, Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays. To ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible, any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be baked and shipped on Monday.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. However, given our size and the care we put into each package, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays. If we expect or encounter any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you accept returns?

All of our bakes are created fresh to order, so we are unable to accept returns at this time.

The main mission of FGB is to spread the baking love, and we do want everyone to be happy with their bakes. If there is an issue with any of your bakes, however, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation with a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Where do you deliver to?

All of our bakes are shipped nationally across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office).

All goodies are baked fresh to order, and shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

We hope to expand to Europe and beyond in the future! Watch this space.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All FGBs packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable.

Recyclable:

  • Shipping bag.
  • Shipping box.
  • Protective coloured packing paper.
  • The 'Thank You' card.
  • Any and all stickers.


Biodegradeable:

  • Food safe cello bags

Do you have allergen information for all products?

Yes, every product page contains either the allergy information for that specific product, or a link to our allergen information page if it's a grouped/bundle product page.

Are your bakes vegetarian friendly?

Every bake except for The Fat Girl cookie are vegetarian friendly!

The Fat Girl cookie contains bacon*, so unfortunately is not.




*I know it sounds weird, but it's low key delicious. Honestly! You have to try it to understand.**

**Unless you are vegetarian, in which case 100% do not try it! You'll just have to take our word for it.

Are your bakes vegan friendly?

Not at this time. Sorry! It's something we'd like to work on as an option for the future.

How can I keep my bakes fresh?

You can either store our bakes in the fridge, or in a cool and dry place at room temperature. Either way, please use an air tight container for maximum freshness!

Or just eat them all as soon as they arrive, and then the problem solves its self!

Can I freeze my bakes?

Some yes, some no! Just follow the guidance for each type:

NYC Style Cookies & Lil' Cookie Bites

  • Freeze upon receipt
  • Can be kept frozen for up to three months
  • To eat, thaw back to room temperature, and pop them in the oven for a few minutes at 180°C.


Bangin' Brownies and Blondies Have More Fun

  • Not suitable for freezing.

How do I reheat my bakes?

Like your bakes hot and gooey? Us too! Just do the following:

  • Pop them in the oven for a few minutes at 180°C

OR

  • Microwave for around 15-30 seconds, depending on your settings.


(Can't wait? Just dive right in. They taste great cold, too!)

Do you have a physical shop?

We are an online first business, currently, so no physical shop.

You never know what the future holds though!

Can you cater for events?

We thought you'd never ask! 100%, yes.

We can either attend in person to sell or distribute our bakes, or we can arrange for a large scale delivery if no hosting is required.
